The de Young Museum in San Francisco is the only venue to feature fifty paintings by Venetian old masters primarily from the sixteen century, including Titian, Veronese, Tintoretto, Mantegna, and many more. All of these paintings are currently on  loan from the Gemäldegalerie of the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna.

Currently, this is the final week the exhibit is on show. The experience of seeing these renowned paintings in person is a much more sublime experiment than just viewing them in books or on the internet. It closes on February 12, so if you have time, go and see these paintings for yourself!
