Let’s just call them the Oski Oscars. On Friday night in Wheeler Auditorium, the top 16 finalists in this year’s Campus MovieFest competition (for a recap of the process, and some witty commentary, per usual, check here – hey, if the professors who write our textbooks cite themselves, why can’t I?) were showcased to an audience composed of students, participants and a bunch of yelling people (whose submission ended up winning, actually!). Inappropriate/entertaining outbursts and the occasional suspicious clattering of glass bottles to the floor aside, the evening was a well-deserved display of the talents of our fellow students. All submissions, top films included, can be seen riiiiiiiiiiiight here, and some highlights include:

Full Funding (Campus Best Picture)

TWEEN DREAM- Chance (Campus Best Comedy)

I won’t deny it, I had a dream whilst I was a tween, and it looked EXACTLY like this. Step aside, One Direction. Yes, that is Mountain Dew that they are drinking.

Clean Up (Campus Best Drama)

She means business. I’m serious.

He also means business. Wow, things are getting heavy, I think I’m going to watch Tween Dream again.
